Invitation to attend
We’d like to invite you and your staff to participate in the 3rd
Chinese Mushroom Days, which has become the most influential mushroom event
in Asia. We are seeking to provide the industry with a platform focusing on
the aspects of production, processing, trade and consumption. A lot of
international well-known and respected speakers including Mr. Greg Seymour,
Prof. Li Yu, Mr. Alexander Khrenov, Mr. Peter Christiaens, Mr. Seong Dae
Kyung will make presentation on the industry summit forum.
We encourage you not miss the opportunity to establish business contact with
the other delegates, our speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. In order to meet
the demand from international suppliers and traders, the area of trade show
has to be expanded. We will again this year devote half a day to the farm
tour. This year the farm tour will move to 2-3 local farms growing king
oyster and black fungus, and 2 canneries processing mushroom, sweet corn and
asparagus.
The venue for our conference will be located at the suburb of Zhangzhou,
containing different stylish villas with nice scenes.
Till now, over 300 visitors and exhibitors from China, South Korea, Japan,
Russia, Thailand, India, Iran, Indonesia, Australia, Slilanka have
registered.
We look forward to meeting you at Southeast Flower Garden, the venue for
conference in Zhangzhou, Fujian province.

Transportation
Zhangzhou is 60 kilometers from Xiamen International Airport. It is about
one hour driving from Xiamen International Airport to the venue of 3rd
Chinese Mushroom Days. The organizing committee will provide free pick up
service for international visitors and exhibitors. Therefore, if you need
pick up service, please contact the organizing committee in advance.

Each standard booth has one
table, two chairs, two lamps and 220V power outlet. The rental charge of one
standard unit is 1,000 USD. As the exhibitor, one staff’s registration fees
would be discharged. The deadline for exhibitor to register is Nov.25, 2009.
